Flowers, Art & the Present Moment

Person outdoors, partially shielded by a large leaf, surrounded by hydrangea and blush flowers

I’m Salomè, and Calla Concept is an expression of what I believe every woman deserves.

I remember reading Rupi Kaur’s The Sun and Her Flowers on some of my harder days, and realising how much beauty around us can change the way we feel.

That’s where Calla Concept was born: from my love for flowers and the belief that every woman deserves beautiful moments, meaningful spaces, and a little magic in her everyday life.

Flowers are natural mood boosters. Their colours, shapes, textures, and fragrance invite us to slow down, breathe, and be present. They are a kind of meditation, beautiful, sensory, and fleeting.

And perhaps that is their greatest beauty: they don’t last forever. They remind us that we don’t need to hold on to every moment. Instead, we can simply be there for it, appreciate it, and let it unfold.

Through Calla Concept, I explore flowers as a form of contemporary art, experimenting with unexpected shapes, textures, compositions, and ideas beyond traditional floral design.

Every arrangement is an opportunity to create something unique, but what matters most to me is what happens when someone sees it: a smile, a moment of wonder, a feeling of joy.

Every time I create and see those happy faces, I feel that something meaningful is happening.

Calla Concept is about flowers, art, emotion, and the beauty of the present moment.
